These Terms of Service govern your use of MatrixLink, a portal for purchasing and managing VPN access keys. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MatrixLink for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities, including actions that violate local laws, infringe rights, or disrupt network operations.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the service for spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, infringement of intellectual property, or attempts to bypass system security controls.

4. Credits, Plans, and Keys

Credits are used to purchase VPN plans and keys. Plan details such as data limits and validity periods are shown in the portal at purchase time. Your VPN access keys are intended to be used with Outline-compatible clients and VPN connectivity software. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or limit parts of the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixLink is provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where MatrixLink operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
